12TIG INVERTERSThe Portamig TIG 166i welding machine has been designed to give excellent welding performance on a wide range of materials including aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, copper and brass. It has a high duty cycle of 160amps at 60% giving a stable and quiet weld for longer periods. This machine has an input of 240v and can run off a generator. MMA electrodes including LoHi are particular good to use. Weighing only 17kgs this machine is lightweight and portable but still robust to withstand the most demanding environments.

61REACTORLIGHT 2This is the latest in design of Reactorlight Headshield. It will react down to just 20amps so is ideal for TIG as well as the MIG and MMA processes. The Headshield has a high quality headband and the overall comfort reduces fatigue to the welder. The lens shade is adjustable from 9 to 13 and with this latest solar cell technology there is no need to change batteries. The Origo has had extensive field trials and tests have found the unit to be extremely efficient and reliable.

We have just completed another Basic Welding Course, after which the delegates told us they found the course well structured and very informative. The short courses have provided basic working knowledge and practical experience in the welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We are currently taking further bookings.
